Epidor participates in the EUSGA convention on watertightness

The EUSGA (European Seals and Gaskets Association) was established in 2001 and is now represented in almost all European countries. Its main objectives areThe promotion of the sealing industry and the continuous analysis of the new challenges it faces. Epidor SRT is a founding member of the association. and plays a very active role within the organization. Thanks to the work of EUSGA and the collaboration of our engineers, we quickly and efficiently transfer the latest technological advances in watertightness to our customers.

Partners dedicated to the sealing sector

EUSGA is made up of companies engaged in the distribution and manufacture of hydraulic and pneumatic seals, sealing gaskets, cut gaskets, packing, rubber and plastic parts, etc. Its objective is to establish a leadership role within the sealing industry. It is managed through an Executive Committee elected by the members. The current members are the most important distributors in each European country. The total turnover of these companies is almost 650 million euros. With 2,000 employees, it serves 120,000 customers. Most of the orders are supplied from stock worth 100 million euros.

EUSGA Convention in Graz

EUSGA partners meet annually to discuss common interests and concerns of the sealing industry. This year, it took place in Graz, Austria's second city. In addition to presentations and working groups, the program consisted of talks on:
  • Technical innovations.
  • New market trends.
  • Adaptation to the latest international legislation.
  • Macroeconomic and environmental developments.
