From Epidor Epidor Seals & Rubber we wanted to participate, one more year, in the BIEMH, International Machine Tool Biennial, one of the leading trade fairs in the advanced manufacturing and machine tool sector.
This event has returned with a reunion edition that has left everyone more than satisfied, after two years of forced hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The dates selected for the celebration of the event have been from June 13 to 17, once again in Bilbao.
At Epidor Seals & Rubber Technology we are proud to have participated one more year in the largest industrial fair in our country.

A reunion with good numbers
The BIEMH The event was attended by some 1,400 exhibiting firms from almost thirty different countries, who had the opportunity to showcase their products and services at the Bilbao Exhibition Center. This edition has been a great success and has been described by the organizers as ‘the most ambitious in terms of technology, solutions, level of innovation and exhibition space’.
In addition, in terms of visitors, figures of 35,000 people who have walked through the halls of the fairgrounds have been reached. These are numbers that leave no one indifferent and once again turn the BIEMH in one of the most important events in the industrial field and an opportunity for the company tosion to showcase our knowledge and experience in sealing.
This edition has offered talks, meetings and conferences with more than 230 speakers from different fields and nationalities who have carried out a total of 68 hours of presentations. A very positive and prosperous outlook for exhibiting companies such as ours.
As described by Alberto Cantarero, sales manager for Epidor Seals & Rubber Technology, «the BIEMH , is, for me, the most important fair in the Basque Country where we have had the opportunity to be present. In my opinion, it is essential to have participated in this event, because we have shared knowledge, exchanged impressions, learned applications and provided solutions of customized sealing to customers and new contacts. In addition, walking through the 6 pavilions, you can really see how all the machines on display really look and work», words that show how the fair is a look at the present and future of the industrial world.
In the BIEMH we have also been able to find the stand of the Cluster for Advanced & Digital Manufacturing (AFM), the organization that represents the interests of Advanced and Digital Manufacturing in Spain, formed by more than 600 companies, which has added value to the event.
