Industrial seals

Oil seals radially seal rotating shafts with respect to a fixed part. The seal has a lip that creates a seal on the shaft surface, preventing lubricant leakage. The seals are used in the process industry, in industrial machinery and in the automotive industry, among other segments.

They are the best dynamic sealing solution for low/medium pressure and medium/high speeds.

Typically, the usual working fluids are lubricants, although they can be used for sealing other media.

Configurations:

We have radial shaft seals according to the following standards DIN 3760 and lips of NBR, H-NBR, FPM y PTFE.
We can also supply multiple lip and pocket designs to suit every need.
Available dimensions from 3 mm shaft diameter.
Large size seals in closed or split versions for installation in rotating equipment in steel rolling mills, generators, compressors, motors, etc.

Low friction seals

These seals are suitable for dynamic sealing on shafts rotating at high speed and where the fluid pressure is high.

They are composed of a stainless steel housing with a shaped lip that is resistant to chemical attack. They are highly recommended for high viscosity fluids and also for low lubrication media since they can work dry.

Configurations:

Available configurations are single lip and double lip (tandem or back-to-back). Lip material can be either PTFE with fillers or Gylon®.

Applications:

Typical applications include: agitators, mixers, process pumps, screw compressors, rotary valves and gearboxes, among other equipment. PS-SEAL®, OmniLip™, DynaLip® lip seals.
