Specifications

The DK 128 profile is a double-acting low-friction seal for positioning cylinders. It consists of an energized slip ring with an O-ring. The ring has such a low coefficient of friction that it eliminates the problem of stick-slip. The concave edges of the low friction ring reduce the risk of extrusion.
- Seal free of stick-slip effect.
- Double-acting sealing.
- Compatible with existing low friction seal housings.
The slip ring can be machined in polyurethane and in various PTFE formulations with fillers. See materials section.

Velocity ≤ 10 m/s (0.5 m/s for polyurethane)
Temperature: according to material chosen
Pressure: up to 40 MPa (400 bar)
For sleeves of 10 mm ≤ Ø ≤ 580 mm (other diameters on request)
