DK 129

Profile DK 129 is a piston seal for double-acting cylinders. It consists of an energized sliding ring with an O-ring. The ring is made of a harder material than the usual elastomers and has a higher extrusion and wear resistance as well as a better behavior against stick-slip phenomena.

The slip ring is designed to be machined in polyurethane although it can also be manufactured in various PTFE formulations with fillers, in the latter case with certain assembly limitations. See materials section.
