Sealing for hydraulics and pneumatics

Specifications

Profile DK 140 is a low-friction seal for double-acting cylinders in light and medium pressure hydraulics and positioning cylinders.
It consists of a sliding ring with two sealing edges that is energized with a DFL 106 type O-ring.
- The sealing edges improve the tightness of the part.
- Ease of assembly.
- Robust design.
The slip ring is machined in various polyurethane formulations. See materials section.

Speed ≤ 1 m/s
Temperature: according to material chosen
Pressure: up to 25 MPa (250 bar)
For housings of 10 mm ≤ ØD ≤ 580 mm (other diameters on request)
