Specifications

Model DK 153 is a single acting U-spring energized seal for static service or intermittent movement against gases and other fluids.
The part is designed with an extended bead to improve extrusion behavior. The ribbing on both lips secures the gasket in its housing.
- Gas and liquid tightness.
- Fixing ribs on both lips.
- Greater resistance to extrusion.
It can be machined in different formulations of PTFE with additives, Virgin PTFE and even in UHMW-PE for cryogenics. See materials section.

Speed ≤ 15 m/s
Temperature: -200 ºC to +260 ºC (PTFE)
Temperature: -200 ºC to +80 ºC (UHMW-PE)
Pressure ≤ 40 MPa (400 bar)
For 10 mm sleeves ≤ ØD ≤ 580 mm (other diameters on request)
