- The Hallite 714 double acting piston seal is a compact seal for medium to heavy duty applications.
- In double-acting telescoping cylinders or phased cylinders, the thermostabilized, reinforced thermoplastic seal face of the step-gasket seal is an ideal choice because it allows the seal to pass over the ports without damage. The robust, extrusion-resistant design also works extremely well in high-pressure earthmoving and off-highway applications where the seal face can tolerate the large extrusion gaps required to prevent piston-to-bore contact.
- The abrasion-resistant glass-fiber reinforced nylon (GFN) face seal material allows the seal to work well on super smooth bore (SSID) tubing such as drawn tubing. The precision-molded face has chamfers that, along with a profiled NBR expander, allow for easier cylinder assembly.
