Specifications

The DS 108 profile is a compact seal with an asymmetrical profile that can be manufactured in very narrow profiles, suitable for telescopic cylinders and mobile hydraulics.
The sealing lips are machined at an angle to provide optimum stem sealing performance.
- Design resistant to bending fatigue.
- Good sealing at low pressures.
- Wide range of dimensions.
It can be machined in polyurethane and elastomer. See materials section.

Speed: < 0.5 m/s Temperature: according to selected material Pressure up to 40 MPa (400 bar) For 10 mm shanks ≤ Ød ≤ 580 mm (other diameters on request)
