Specifications

Model DS 109 is a low-friction, single-acting seal for medium and heavy hydraulics applications. It consists of a slip ring that is energized with an elastomer O-ring. It has an integrated wiper lip on the back side.
- Adapts to possible lateral movements of the stem.
- Does not cause Stick-slip effect.
- Retains a residual film of lubricant on the stem.
The slip ring can be machined in various PTFE formulations and also in polyurethane. See materials section.

Velocity: ≤ 10 m/s (≤ 0.5 m/s for C-HPU)
Temperature: according to material chosen
Pressure up to 60 MPa (600 bar)
For 10 mm shanks ≤ Ød ≤ 580 mm (for other diameters, please consult us)
