DST 112

The support ring prevents extrusion of an elastomer seal for both static and dynamic service.
The DST 112 profile with triangular cross-section is used in rod seals. This design has the particularity that, by increasing the pressure, it produces a throttling effect on the shaft, decreasing the extrusion groove and increasing the friction of the system.
