Part DR 204 is a split oil seal without inner reinforcement ring, for grease or oil sealing in horizontally mounted rotating equipment.
As there is no reinforcement ring, the seal is fixed in its housing by axial tightening of the seal. Whole seal option in split assemblies.
The advantage of the DR 204 seal is that it can be machined to non-standard dimensions if required, and in a wide range of elastomers.

Field of application

Temperature: according to the chosen material.
Pressure up to 0.2 bar.
Peripheral speed up to 10 m/s.
For shafts and rods from Ø 20 up to Ø 500 mm
(other diameters on request).
