SRS is the Spanish acronym for Stock Profitability and Service, our ultimate goal in Kanban solutions for the control of C-class products. The price battle fought in these products is won by reducing their management cost. Our over 10 years’ experience in implementing solutions has enabled us to develop the “Two Bin Kanban” system, with a double bin to permanently guarantee the availability of the plants’ components. We take care of the whole process: supply, replacement, delivery and placement, always adapting to customers’ needs. 
ADAPTED LOGISTICS
Our specialised logistics resources allow us to create and install kits (product groups) to aid usage and consumption in assembly lines or in market replacement and spare parts services. We also have the technical abilities to customise containers and labels. We are open to any suggestion relating to service customisation.
INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING EQUIPMENT
Daily rental of equipment for assembling and dismantling ball bearings, gear assemblies, etc. Mechanical, hydraulic and heating (induction) systems available.
