Thanks to our high-precision, laboratory-calibrated instruments, we can guarantee that the material has been subjected to rigorous, pre-standardized quality tests from the design phase through to delivery of the final product.

Quality control laboratory services

Quality control in sealing covers different phases, from the validation of first samples to the inspection of products already supplied. Our laboratory offers:

  • First sample reports: evaluation service at the design stage to ensure that materials meet the required specifications prior to mass production.
  • Dimensional reports of supplied products: detailed analysis to verify that each component complies with the required tolerances and dimensions.
  • Product failure analysis: investigation of possible defects or failures in materials, allowing to identify causes and improve performance in industrial applications.

In addition, we periodically evaluate our suppliers, ensuring that they maintain the required quality standards and providing recommendations to optimize their processes.
