Chacun d'entre eux offre des avantages diff\u00e9rents en fonction des exigences de conception :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PTFE vierge<\/strong> une tr\u00e8s grande r\u00e9sistance aux produits chimiques, ce qui facilite l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PTFE avec charges<\/strong> am\u00e9liore la r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique et r\u00e9duit le fluage, ce qui est particuli\u00e8rement important lorsque le piston est soumis \u00e0 des charges axiales r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L'UHMW-PE<\/strong> est utile dans les vannes cryog\u00e9niques o\u00f9 des conditions d'impact ou d'abrasion peuvent se produire, toujours dans sa plage de temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement (-200 \u00b0C ... +80 \u00b0C).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le PEEK et le POM<\/strong> conviennent lorsque la vanne fonctionne \u00e0 des pressions \u00e9lev\u00e9es ou exige une grande stabilit\u00e9 dimensionnelle, car ce sont les mat\u00e9riaux qui conservent le mieux leur int\u00e9grit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Seleccion_de_materiales_segun_la_aplicacion\"><\/span>S\u00e9lection des mat\u00e9riaux en fonction de l'application<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le choix d'un <a href=\"https:\/\/epidor.com\/fr\/domaine-technique\/materiaux\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le type de mat\u00e9riau d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9<\/a> ou l'autre d\u00e9pendra des conditions de fonctionnement sp\u00e9cifiques. Les polym\u00e8res les plus couramment utilis\u00e9s dans ces conditions sont le PTFE, l'UHMW-PE et le PEEK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le PTFE conserve son faible coefficient de frottement m\u00eame par grand froid, ce qui favorise une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 fiable malgr\u00e9 le retrait thermique. L'UHMW-PE offre une r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une bonne t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, ce qui est utile lorsque le si\u00e8ge doit supporter des charges continues. Le PEEK, quant \u00e0 lui, conserve sa stabilit\u00e9 dimensionnelle et sa rigidit\u00e9 dans des conditions exigeantes, ce qui lui permet de fonctionner \u00e0 des pressions plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Asientos_de_valvula_para_aplicaciones_no_criogenicas\"><\/span>Si\u00e8ges de soupape pour applications non cryog\u00e9niques<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans des conditions non cryog\u00e9niques, <strong>la temp\u00e9rature et la pression sont les facteurs les plus influents dans la s\u00e9lection des mat\u00e9riaux<\/strong>. Pour les applications jusqu'\u00e0 environ 80 \u00b0C, l'UHMW-PE est appropri\u00e9 en raison de sa haute r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion. <strong>r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'abrasion<\/strong> et son <strong>bonne inertie chimique<\/strong>.
