Et si la vanne est actionn\u00e9e manuellement, des joints toriques sont utilis\u00e9s pour assurer l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 entre l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la tige et le volant. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Soluciones_de_estanqueidad_en_valvulas_de_clapeta_de_mariposa_y_de_compuerta\"><\/span><strong>Solutions d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 pour les vannes \u00e0 clapet, les vannes papillon et les vannes \u00e0 guillotine <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au <\/span><b>vannes \u00e0 clapet<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (ou anti-retour), <\/span><b>papillon <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(ou lentilles) et en<\/span><b> vannes \u00e0 guillotine<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Le probl\u00e8me de l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment de r\u00e9tention des fluides se pose \u00e9galement. L'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 est assur\u00e9e par un profil\u00e9 extrud\u00e9 qui est mont\u00e9 sur le guide de l'amortisseur et sur le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de la lentille. Les profils des persiennes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en forme de T, tandis que les profils des clapets sont en forme de D. <\/span><b>EPDM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et lorsqu'une plus grande r\u00e9sistance chimique est requise, il est utilis\u00e9 <\/span><b>\u00e9lastom\u00e8re fluor\u00e9 (FPM)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o <\/span><b>Viton<\/b><b>\u00ae<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une autre solution d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 pour les vannes est le <\/span><b>Joints \u00e9nergis\u00e9s en PTFE<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> avec une charge de bronze ou de graphite. Le PTFE est un thermoplastique sans reprise, c'est-\u00e0-dire qu'il n'a pas de m\u00e9moire. D'o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de le \u201cdynamiser\u201d \u00e0 l'aide d'un ressort dont la tension s'oppose \u00e0 la d\u00e9formation exerc\u00e9e sur le PTFE par les parois du logement. Le mat\u00e9riau <\/span><b>PEEK<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement une grande inertie chimique et, en outre, une plus grande r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique.
