Nous vous proposons m\u00eame une formulation sp\u00e9ciale de <\/span><b>EPDM,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> capable de fonctionner jusqu'\u00e0 288\u00b0C avec de la vapeur d'eau dans un environnement ana\u00e9robie, c'est-\u00e0-dire sans oxyg\u00e8ne. En outre ;\u00a0<\/span><b>r\u00e9siste \u00e0 l'ozone atmosph\u00e9rique, aux intemp\u00e9ries, aux alcalis, aux acides, aux bases, aux solvants polaires, aux c\u00e9tones et aux liquides de frein \u00e0 base d'\u00e9ther-glycol.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La limitation de l'\u00e9lastom\u00e8re de <\/span><b>EPDM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est qu'il ne convient pas pour l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 des huiles, des graisses, des hydrocarbures aromatiques et chlor\u00e9s, qui l'attaquent fortement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Elastomero_de_caucho_acrilo_nitrilo\"><\/span>\u00c9lastom\u00e8re de caoutchouc nitrile acrylonitrile<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cadeaux\u00a0<\/span><b>bonne r\u00e9sistance chimique aux hydrocarbures, aux huiles min\u00e9rales, aux graisses \u00e0 base d'huile min\u00e9rale, aux graisses animales et v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, \u00e0 l'eau jusqu'\u00e0 100\u00b0C, aux acides et bases inorganiques \u00e0 faible concentration<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. En pr\u00e9sence de carburants \u00e0 forte teneur en aromatiques, la r\u00e9sistance de l'\u00e9lastom\u00e8re NBR diminue et il est clairement attaqu\u00e9 par l'ozone, les intemp\u00e9ries, les hydrocarbures aromatiques, les hydrocarbures chlor\u00e9s, les esters, les solvants polaires, les acides forts ainsi que les liquides de frein \u00e0 base d'\u00e9ther-glycol. Un NBR sp\u00e9cial est disponible pour les applications \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, capable de fonctionner jusqu'\u00e0 -60\u00b0C.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Elastomero_de_caucho_de_silicona\"><\/span>Elastom\u00e8re de caoutchouc de silicone<b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ils se distinguent par leur <\/span><b>r\u00e9sistance thermique \u00e9lev\u00e9e et bonne flexibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 froid<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. L'utilisation d'\u00e9lastom\u00e8res en caoutchouc de silicone est recommand\u00e9e. <strong>dans les applications \u00e0 haute et basse temp\u00e9rature.<\/strong> Ils pr\u00e9sentent une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'oxyg\u00e8ne et \u00e0 l'ozone. En outre, ils ont<\/span><b> bonne r\u00e9sistance aux huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, aux huiles \u00e0 indice d'aniline \u00e9lev\u00e9, aux huiles pour moteurs et engrenages<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ils pr\u00e9sentent une r\u00e9sistance mod\u00e9r\u00e9e au gonflement dans les huiles et graisses min\u00e9rales, l'\u00e9ther-glycol et les liquides de frein \u00e0 base d'eau jusqu'\u00e0 100 \u00baC et un fort gonflement dans les esters et \u00e9thers de faible poids mol\u00e9culaire, les hydrocarbures aromatiques et aliphatiques, les acides et bases concentr\u00e9s et la vapeur d'eau. Nous disposons d'un silicone sp\u00e9cial capable de fonctionner jusqu'\u00e0 -100 \u00baC.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Elastomero_de_caucho\"><\/span>\u00c9lastom\u00e8re de caoutchouc<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comme il contient du fluor dans sa composition, il pr\u00e9sente une <\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">r\u00e9sistance chimique sup\u00e9rieure<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00eatre <strong>Viton<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00ae<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le plus connu d'entre eux. Les \u00e9lastom\u00e8res fluor\u00e9s sont les caoutchoucs les mieux adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 un service continu dans une plage de temp\u00e9rature comprise entre 200\u00b0C et 250\u00b0C. Ils sont \u00e9galement retardateurs de flamme. L'\u00e9lastom\u00e8re de caoutchouc\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">recommand\u00e9 pour le contact avec les hydrocarbures, les huiles min\u00e9rales et les graisses avec additifs, les carburants et les hydrocarbures aliphatiques et aromatiques, les acides inorganiques et les bases, m\u00eame \u00e0 des concentrations \u00e9lev\u00e9es<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Dans les formulations durcies au peroxyde, <\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">FPM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> am\u00e9liore la compatibilit\u00e9 avec des fluides traditionnellement incompatibles tels que les alcools, l'eau chaude, la vapeur et les carburants contenant de l'alcool.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ils font preuve d'une bonne<\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"> r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'ozone et au vieillissement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cependant, ils gonflent fortement avec les organophosphates (Pydraul 10E), l'ammoniac, les amines, la vapeur, les solvants polaires (c\u00e9tones, dioxane, ac\u00e9tate d'\u00e9thyle), ainsi que dans les liquides inflammables (Skydrol) et les liquides de frein \u00e0 base d'\u00e9ther-glycol.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Perfluorelastomero\"><\/span>Perfluoro\u00e9lastom\u00e8re<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il s'agit de polym\u00e8res enti\u00e8rement fluor\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentant des caract\u00e9ristiques d'\u00e9lastom\u00e8re et des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure. <\/span><b>hautement recommand\u00e9 pour les applications avec des produits chimiques agressifs et \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es (jusqu'\u00e0 327 \u00b0C).<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ils disposent d'un <\/span><b>r\u00e9sistance chimique quasi universelle<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, similaire \u00e0 celle de la <\/span>PTFE<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ils pr\u00e9sentent <strong>e<\/strong><\/span><strong>Stabilit\u00e9 thermique \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ils disposent d'un <\/span><b>excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la vapeur, \u00e0 l'ozone et aux intemp\u00e9ries<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cependant, leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques sont m\u00e9diocres et leur utilisation limit\u00e9e aux basses temp\u00e9ratures.
