C'est ce tissu qui conf\u00e8re au guide un caract\u00e8re unique.<\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"> r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Il est de loin sup\u00e9rieur aux guides habituels \u00e0 base de PTFE (Teflon\u00ae).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6207\" src=\"https:\/\/epidor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/guias-de-cilindros-hidraulicos-epidor-SRT-2.png\" alt=\"guides cylindriques hydrauliques epidor SRT 2\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>R\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression. -<\/b>Permet une<b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"> Une r\u00e9sistance 7 \u00e0 8 fois sup\u00e9rieure <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e0 celle fournie par le ptfe charg\u00e9 de bronze.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Capacit\u00e9 de frottement.<\/b>Le<b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"> le coefficient de frottement avec lubrification du T4 est de 0,07<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> par rapport au ptfe avec le bronze (0,13). Ceci est d\u00fb \u00e0 la facilit\u00e9 avec laquelle il peut \u00eatre impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 de lubrifiant en raison de la trame de sa composition.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments permettent au mat\u00e9riau T4 de poss\u00e9der une<\/span><b> haute r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s. -<\/b>Le tableau des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des mat\u00e9riaux est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ci-dessous :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6210\" src=\"https:\/\/epidor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/guias-de-cilindros-hidraulicos-epidor-SRT-3.jpg\" alt=\"guides cylindriques hydrauliques epidor SRT 3\" width=\"697\" height=\"530\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><strong>Temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement. -\u00a0<\/strong> En ce qui concerne la temp\u00e9rature de travail, en fonction du fluide hydraulique, elle aura certaines limites ou d'autres. Souvent, les glissi\u00e8res sont demand\u00e9es dans des dimensions qui ne sont pas conformes aux dimensions standard, auquel cas il existe des mat\u00e9riaux semi-finis qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour la fabrication de glissi\u00e8res de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.\u00a0<b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">nous permet de fabriquer des glissi\u00e8res dans des diam\u00e8tres allant de 25 mm \u00e0 210 mm.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comme il s'agit d'un mat\u00e9riau disponible pour notre propre fabrication, il permet de produire des glissi\u00e8res fa\u00e7onn\u00e9es sur mesure dans le cadre d'un processus souple.
