Les raccords \u201crapides\u201d sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s d'un joint d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 afin d'\u00e9viter tout d\u00e9versement de liquides lors du chargement et du d\u00e9chargement des citernes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solutions de joints d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 :<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chez Epidor SRT, nous vous proposons la solution d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 la mieux adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 vos besoins. Nous vous pr\u00e9sentons ci-dessous les diff\u00e9rentes options : <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1) Si le liquide ne pose pas de probl\u00e8me, les produits suivants sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9s<\/span><b> joints en \u00e9lastom\u00e8re de section rectangulaire ou carr\u00e9e (EPDM ou NBR) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dans le raccord rapide. Cette solution pose trois probl\u00e8mes : <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Usure nette car le joint \u00e9lastom\u00e8re n'est pas prot\u00e9g\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il a tendance \u00e0 se pincer et \u00e0 se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer en cons\u00e9quence. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peut \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 des attaques chimiques dans les drains de nettoyage des citernes. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8863 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/epidor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/2-juntas-de-estanqueidad-camlock.jpg\" width=\"739\" height=\"429\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Pour prot\u00e9ger le joint en \u00e9lastom\u00e8re, des couvercles flexibles en PTFE sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s pour emp\u00eacher le contact du fluide avec l'\u00e9lastom\u00e8re. Il s'agit de joints de type \u201csandwich\u201d. Cependant, \u00e0 l'usage, les rev\u00eatements en PTFE ont tendance \u00e0 se d\u00e9former et peuvent \u00eatre facilement pinc\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8864 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/epidor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/3-juntas-estauqeidad-para-acoples.jpg\" width=\"739\" height=\"429\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. <b>Joint PTFE<\/b> de type \u201csoufflet\u201d avec plis et r\u00e9sistance au pincement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que le joint de type \u201csandwich\u201d. R\u00e9sistance chimique quasi universelle. Un probl\u00e8me potentiellement grave est que le produit peut s'accumuler entre les plis du joint, en plus des mauvaises propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques du mat\u00e9riau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12042 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/epidor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/44-Juntas-para-acoples-rapidos-2018-07-11-INTERIOR-2.1.png\" width=\"739\" height=\"431\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. <b>Joint \u00e9lastom\u00e8re encapsul\u00e9 en FEP ou PFA <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et de section carr\u00e9e ou rectangulaire, ce qui r\u00e9soudra le probl\u00e8me de l'attaque chimique tout en prolongeant consid\u00e9rablement la dur\u00e9e de vie du joint.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8865 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/epidor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/4-juntas-de-estanqueidad-de-calidad.jpg\" width=\"739\" height=\"429\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Bien qu'il s'agisse d\u00e9j\u00e0 d'une bonne solution en termes de \u201cdur\u00e9e de vie\/prix\u201d, les joints camlock ont tendance \u00e0 se fissurer en raison de l'angle de leurs coins (m\u00eame s'ils sont arrondis).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. Les <\/span><b>Joint Bio-Lock<\/b><b>\u00ae<\/b><b> de Garlock<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est une solution enti\u00e8rement fabriqu\u00e9e en <\/span><b>Gylon<\/b><b>\u00ae<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> qui ne pr\u00e9sente pas la faiblesse d'un joint encapsul\u00e9. Toutefois, comme le mat\u00e9riau est thermoplastique et n'a pas l'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 d'un \u00e9lastom\u00e8re, la connexion\/d\u00e9connexion de l'accouplement est initialement plus co\u00fbteuse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8866 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/epidor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/5-expertos-en-juntas-de-estanqueidad.jpg\" width=\"739\" height=\"429\" \/><\/p>\n<p>6. <b>Joint de section toro\u00efdale en PTFE encapsul\u00e9 avec noyau en FPM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, qui pr\u00e9sente une ailette sur son diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur.
