La pi\u00e8ce est livr\u00e9e dans un double emballage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le niveau 3 est un nettoyage avec un bain ultrasonique selon \u201c.\u201c<\/span><b><i>CleanSafe 787C<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d dans <\/span><b>Salle blanche ISO classe 7<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et livr\u00e9es en double emballage. Cette proc\u00e9dure est recommand\u00e9e pour les pi\u00e8ces qui travailleront en contact avec l'oxyg\u00e8ne.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le nettoyage le plus exigeant s'applique aux pi\u00e8ces qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9alablement recouvertes d'une peinture protectrice et qui doivent \u00eatre nettoy\u00e9es \u00e0 l'aide de <\/span><b>balayage plasma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pour \u00eatre certifi\u00e9 \u201c<\/span><b><i>PWIS gratuit<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201dselon les normes <\/span><b>VW PV 3.10.7<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>FN 942010-2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y <\/span><b>QZ 24<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, entre autres. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une fois que le <\/span><b>Joint torique<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est nettoy\u00e9e, la finition de surface haute performance est appliqu\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>PIGMENTATION<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9062 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/epidor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/48-Acabados-superficiales-de-alto-rendimiento-2018-09-INTERIOR-01-300x185.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"185\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pi\u00e8ce est color\u00e9e avec une couleur sp\u00e9cifique (gammes RAL et PANTONE) qui facilite son identification sur le terrain, sans alt\u00e9rer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de la pi\u00e8ce. <\/span><b>Joint torique<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traitement permanent adapt\u00e9 aux conditions de service statiques et dynamiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>LES TRAITEMENTS DE LUBRIFICATION<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il existe diff\u00e9rents agents lubrifiants tels que les huiles de silicone, le bisulfure de molybd\u00e8ne, le PTFE ou le talc.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'huile de silicone est transparente et certifi\u00e9e <\/span><b>USP Classe VI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le disulfure de molybd\u00e8ne (MoS<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) fonctionne bien dans un environnement humide ou \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le PTFE est appliqu\u00e9 sous forme de film transparent qui facilite l'assemblage de la pi\u00e8ce gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s autolubrifiantes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le talc remplit les cavit\u00e9s \u00e0 la surface de la pi\u00e8ce, ce qui la rend glissante. Talc de qualit\u00e9 pharmaceutique.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les agents lubrifiants sont absorb\u00e9s par la surface de l'eau. <\/span><b>Joint torique<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et disparaissent progressivement \u00e0 l'usage. Convient uniquement aux conditions de service statiques. Pour les conditions dynamiques, il est recommand\u00e9 d'appliquer un rev\u00eatement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>REV\u00caTEMENTS<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les rev\u00eatements sont utilis\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer certaines propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de l'\u00e9lastom\u00e8re et sont principalement bas\u00e9s sur des r\u00e9sines PTFE avec des additifs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ils augmentent la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'abrasion, am\u00e9liorent la r\u00e9sistance chimique et peuvent m\u00eame augmenter l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la duret\u00e9.
