On conna\u00eet actuellement plus de 32 \u00e9lastom\u00e8res ou caoutchoucs synth\u00e9tiques. Par exemple, on ne peut s'attendre \u00e0 ce qu'une formulation de NBR conserve sa r\u00e9sistance chimique \u00e9lev\u00e9e aux lubrifiants tout en am\u00e9liorant son comportement \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature. Une formulation d'\u00e9lastom\u00e8re contient, entre autres, les additifs suivants :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateurs de vulcanisation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pigments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stabilisateurs contre le vieillissement d\u00fb au soleil, \u00e0 l'ozone, aux intemp\u00e9ries...<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plastifiants qui am\u00e9liorent la flexibilit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duisent la fragilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retardateurs de flamme, retardateurs de flamme, agents antistatiques...<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les charges qui ne font qu'augmenter la densit\u00e9 de la formulation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une fois la formulation con\u00e7ue, un m\u00e9langeur de type Banbury est aliment\u00e9 par une barre de polym\u00e8re de base, par exemple un \u00e9lastom\u00e8re fluor\u00e9, et les diff\u00e9rents additifs sont ajout\u00e9s au m\u00e9langeur.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">des additifs pr\u00e9-pes\u00e9s. Le m\u00e9langeur Banbury se compose de deux rouleaux lisses, se faisant face et tournant dans des directions oppos\u00e9es, qui m\u00e9langent les composants de la formulation.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si la formulation l'exige, les deux rouleaux peuvent \u00eatre chauff\u00e9s de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La temp\u00e9rature de consigne doit \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e et maintenue. Apr\u00e8s un certain temps, la temp\u00e9rature doit \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin de la p\u00e9riode.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">L'op\u00e9ration de m\u00e9lange est termin\u00e9e et la formulation souhait\u00e9e est obtenue. Cette formulation, qui n'a pas encore la <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Si l'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 d'un \u00e9lastom\u00e8re n'est pas suffisante, on parle de m\u00e9lange \u201cbrut\u201d.<\/span><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le m\u00e9lange brut est\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">stock\u00e9 \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9e jusqu'\u00e0 sa consommation. Il peut \u00eatre r\u00e9serv\u00e9 sous forme de bloc ou extrud\u00e9 sous forme de joint torique ou de ruban.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-11892\" src=\"https:\/\/epidor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/64-Metodos-de-Fabricacion-04-12-19-Foto-INTERIOR-01.jpg\" width=\"726\" height=\"592\" \/><\/p>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Segunda_etapa_Procesamiento_de_la_pieza\"><\/span>Deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape : traitement de la pi\u00e8ce<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moulage par injection ou compression<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour les deux techniques, le processus est essentiellement le m\u00eame. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'\u00e9lastom\u00e8re est plac\u00e9 dans un moule chaud et press\u00e9. Il est ensuite refroidi et la partie \u201cmoul\u00e9e\u201d est retir\u00e9e.<\/span><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ainsi, pour les grandes quantit\u00e9s et les tailles relativement petites, le moulage par injection est utilis\u00e9 de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Pour les petites quantit\u00e9s et les tailles encore plus petites, le moulage par injection est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le choix se porte sur le moulage par compression.<\/span><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Extrusion de profil\u00e9s, d\u00e9coupe de profil\u00e9s <\/span><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et la liaison ult\u00e9rieure par vulcanisation ou collage<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les granul\u00e9s d'\u00e9lastom\u00e8re sont introduits dans une extrudeuse chauff\u00e9e \u00e9lectriquement qui fait fondre et compacte l'\u00e9lastom\u00e8re le long de la vis avant de l'\u00e9jecter par une buse ou une fili\u00e8re. Le diam\u00e8tre et la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie des buses sont variables.<\/span><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Usinage<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En usinant une barre ou un tube \u00e0 partir du mat\u00e9riau en question \u00e0 l'aide d'un tour ou d'une machine \u00e0 commande num\u00e9rique. La barre est serr\u00e9e dans un mandrin pendant qu'un outil enl\u00e8ve de la mati\u00e8re jusqu'\u00e0 l'obtention de la pi\u00e8ce souhait\u00e9e. Il s'agit d'une option int\u00e9ressante lorsque de petites quantit\u00e9s sont requises, car il n'y a pas de co\u00fbt de moule dans ce cas.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Couper<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il existe plusieurs technologies, chacune ayant ses propres avantages (couteau, jet d'eau, laser, fili\u00e8re, guillotine), qui utilisent comme mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re des produits semi-finis sous forme de feuilles de mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re vulcanis\u00e9e, ou des profil\u00e9s dans le cas de la guillotine.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rotomoulage<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette technique, parfois artisanale, consiste \u00e0 immerger le moule dans un bain de mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re liquide. Les formes obtenues ne peuvent \u00eatre que sym\u00e9triques, et elle est particuli\u00e8rement utilis\u00e9e dans la fabrication de soufflets en petites s\u00e9ries.<\/span><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tercera_etapa_Vulcanizacion_y_post-curado\"><\/span>\u00c9tape 3 : Vulcanisation et post-polym\u00e9risation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour rendre le m\u00e9lange brut \u00e9lastique, une r\u00e9action chimique appel\u00e9e \u201cvulcanisation\u201d, \u201cdurcissement\u201d ou \u201cr\u00e9ticulation\u201d doit avoir lieu dans certaines conditions de pression et de temp\u00e9rature. Il s'agit d'un processus chimique irr\u00e9versible. Pour ce faire, on ajoute au m\u00e9lange un catalyseur de r\u00e9action qui peut \u00eatre un peroxyde organique, des oxydes m\u00e9talliques ou un compos\u00e9 lib\u00e9rant du soufre, dont la vulcanisation est connue sous le nom de \u201csulphur curing\u201d (durcissement au soufre).\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des ponts sont cr\u00e9\u00e9s entre les longues cha\u00eenes polym\u00e8res, et le caoutchouc devient alors<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">est \u00e9lastique et r\u00e9silient, reprenant sa forme initiale apr\u00e8s d\u00e9formation. A<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">l <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comme il s'agit d'une r\u00e9action lente, le processus peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 dans des autoclaves, et les produits suivants sont utilis\u00e9s <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">des acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateurs dans les m\u00e9langes pour am\u00e9liorer les rendements de fabrication.<\/span><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La duret\u00e9 finale de la formulation est variable et s'ajuste en fonction de l'\u00e9tat de conservation du produit.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les conditions de la r\u00e9action de polym\u00e9risation sont les m\u00eames que celles de la r\u00e9action de polym\u00e9risation. Apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9action de durcissement, un<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">que\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">est d\u00e9sormais \u00e9lastique et r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la formulation de l'\u00e9lastom\u00e8re.<\/span><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-11893\" src=\"https:\/\/epidor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/64-Metodos-de-Fabricacion-04-12-19-Foto-INTERIOR-02.jpg\" width=\"726\" height=\"594\" \/><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le cas du moulage, la vulcanisation fait partie du processus et est produite par <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dans le m\u00eame <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">action de mouler.<\/span><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Dans l'extrusion, par contre, le\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La vulcanisation est un traitement post\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la vulcanisation proprement dite.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">l'extrusion. Peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans une forme de tunnel\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">imm\u00e9diatement en aval de l'extrudeuse ou dans des autoclaves contenant des mati\u00e8res d\u00e9j\u00e0 extrud\u00e9es.<\/span><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le cas de la d\u00e9coupe et de l'usinage, des produits semi-finis pr\u00e9-vulcanis\u00e9s sont utilis\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cuarta_etapa_Acabado_superficial\"><\/span>\u00c9tape 4 : Finition de la surface<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certains syst\u00e8mes de fabrication, comme le moulage, qui est le plus couramment utilis\u00e9, peuvent g\u00e9n\u00e9rer certaines bavures ou des restes de mat\u00e9riaux dans les pi\u00e8ces au niveau des joints de moule, de l'insertion de noyaux dans des moules complexes ou des restes de tuyaux d'injection.<\/span><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En fonction de la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie du produit fini, de son mat\u00e9riau et de ses tol\u00e9rances, diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes d'\u00e9bavurage sont utilis\u00e9s, tels que l'\u00e9bavurage manuel, cryog\u00e9nique ou m\u00e9canique.<\/span><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuite, un certain nombre de processus suppl\u00e9mentaires peuvent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9s, en fonction de l'application, tels que le nettoyage des pi\u00e8ces ou le traitement de surface (voir notre article de blog) : <a style=\"color: #1e73be;\" href=\"https:\/\/epidor-srt.com\/blog\/juntas-toricas-acabados-superficiales-alto-rendimiento\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Joints toriques : finitions de surface \u00e0 haute performance<\/span><\/a>)<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Epidor SRT usa tecnolog\u00eda de vanguardia para la mecanizaci\u00f3n de piezas a partir de dollas de elast\u00f3mero, planchas o materia prima \u201cen crudo\u201d.
