En raison de la vitesse de travail plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, de la pression plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e ou des deux, il serait pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de remplacer le joint torique par un joint \u00e0 faible class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La solution que nous proposons \u00e0 partir de <strong>Epidor SRT<\/strong> est le nouveau <strong>joint \u00e0 faible frottement 242<\/strong>, dans ses mod\u00e8les de tige (<strong>JV 242<\/strong>) et pour le piston (<strong>JP 242<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces joints sont con\u00e7us pour remplacer un joint torique utilis\u00e9 pour faire fonctionner le syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9. <a href=\"https:\/\/epidor-srt.com\/productos\/estanqueidad-para-equipos-rotativos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 dynamique<\/a> et sans qu'il soit n\u00e9cessaire d'apporter des modifications \u00e0 votre logement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conceptuellement, le joint torique est remplac\u00e9 par un joint \u00e0 faible frottement dont le joint torique d'excitation est de section radiale (d2), d'une taille inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du joint install\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le joint d'origine ayant une longueur de logement sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du joint \u00e0 faible frottement, il conviendrait d'ajouter une bague qui, en plus de compl\u00e9ter la longueur, servirait \u00e9galement \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/epidor-srt.com\/blog\/prueba-anillo-anti-extrusion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bague anti-extrusion<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La fusion en une seule pi\u00e8ce de la bague \u00e0 faible frottement et de la bague anti-extrusion permet d'obtenir un nouveau joint. <strong>JV 242<\/strong> (pour la tige de piston) et (pour le piston).<\/p>\n<p aux dimensions des logements de joints toriques selon AS-568.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15.6px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15.6px;\">Un joint \u00e0 faible frottement de la taille imm\u00e9diatement inf\u00e9rieure est adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque taille de logement, en respectant la forme int\u00e9rieure de ce type de joint :<\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15.6px;\">M\u00eame angle d'entr\u00e9e et de sortie que le bord de fermeture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15.6px;\">M\u00eame position du sommet du bord de fermeture.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15.6px;\">Logiquement, l'\u00e9paisseur de la bague \u00e0 faible frottement est modifi\u00e9e pour que l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du joint torique corresponde \u00e0 celle du joint \u00e0 faible frottement standard.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15.6px;\">Afin d'\u00e9viter les probl\u00e8mes d'extrusion, la zone de support du joint torique a \u00e9t\u00e9 dot\u00e9e d'une forme incurv\u00e9e, semblable \u00e0 celle d'un anneau anti-extrusion.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p vitesse, \u00e0 haute pression ou les deux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entretien du m\u00eame bo\u00eetier, sans frais d'usinage suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Limitaciones_de_las_juntas_de_baja_friccion_JV_242_y_JP_242\"><\/span>Limites des joints \u00e0 faible frottement JV 242 et JP 242<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici les limites des nouveaux joints par rapport aux joints standard \u00e0 faible frottement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le joint torique d'excitation a une section plus petite, ce qui r\u00e9duit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement l'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 de la bague de frottement et de l'ensemble du joint torique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La section transversale de l'anneau de frottement r\u00e9sultant est plus grande que celle du joint \u00e0 faible frottement \u00e9quivalent, ce qui rendra difficile le montage d'un joint \u00e0 faible frottement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Montaje_de_las_juntas_JV_242_y_JP_242\"><\/span>Assemblage des joints JV 242 et JP 242<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne l'assemblage des joints JV 242 et JP 242, si l'on choisit une formulation de PTFE avec des charges, le calibrage peut devenir plus complexe.
