Fuite ou perte graduelle de produit qui se produit \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rents \u00e9quipements ou composants. Il s'agit de <\/span><b>plus difficiles \u00e0 quantifier<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, d\u00e9tecter et corriger.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il n'existe pas de d\u00e9finition unique des \u00e9missions fugitives, en raison du fait que<\/span><b> il n'y a pas un seul type d'\u00e9mission fugitive<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Il n'existe pas non plus de m\u00e9thode unique pour les quantifier.  Cela d\u00e9pend beaucoup de l'environnement dans lequel se trouvent ces \u00e9missions. Celles-ci sont principalement dues \u00e0 l'activit\u00e9 industrielle humaine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20146\" src=\"https:\/\/epidor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/SRT_202211_Resumen_Webinar_emisiones_fugitivas_BLOG-Interior_QueSon_836px.jpg\" alt=\"\u00e9missions fugitives\" width=\"836\" height=\"380\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce type de questions repr\u00e9sente une part importante de l'activit\u00e9 de l'Union europ\u00e9enne. <\/span><b>total de 5% d'\u00e9missions gazeuses<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ce qui repr\u00e9sente une quantit\u00e9 importante et a un impact majeur sur l'environnement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"anchor3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Legislacion_sobre_emisiones_fugitivas\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u00e9gislation sur les \u00e9missions fugitives<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est n\u00e9cessaire de prendre en compte l'importance, en Espagne et en Europe, de r\u00e9glementer et de quantifier les \u00e9missions fugitives que l'industrie rejette dans l'atmosph\u00e8re terrestre. C'est pourquoi,<\/span><b> de pouvoir les am\u00e9liorer et les limiter<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certaines r\u00e8gles doivent \u00eatre prises en compte lorsqu'il s'agit de les traiter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>- SEI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Syst\u00e8me espagnol d'inventaire des \u00e9missions dans l'atmosph\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>- RD sectoriels \/ MTD ou MTD<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>- AAI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autorisation environnementale int\u00e9gr\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"anchor4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Causas_y_factores\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Causes et facteurs<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les \u00e9missions fugitives sont in\u00e9vitables, mais il faut \u00e9viter qu'elles ne se produisent dans l'air ambiant. <\/span><b>de grandes quantit\u00e9s et essayer de les r\u00e9duire autant que possible.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Pour ce faire, le plus important est de commencer par conna\u00eetre les causes et les facteurs qui les provoquent.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"anchor5\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Causas_que_provocan_las_emisiones_fugitivas\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Causes des \u00e9missions fugitives<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les \u00e9missions fugitives peuvent avoir diverses origines. Celles-ci comprennent<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>- l'usure de l'\u00e9quipement de travail ou de ses composants<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Le d\u00e9faut d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, qui entra\u00eene des fuites dans diff\u00e9rents espaces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>- Conception, construction, utilisation ou installation d'\u00e9quipements<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>- Une erreur ou une d\u00e9faillance de l'\u00e9quipement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, qui peuvent les provoquer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien qu'elles puissent para\u00eetre insignifiantes, les petites fuites dans une installation peuvent devenir importantes. Il s'agit des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Conception des \u00e9quipements<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- \u00c2ge et qualit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9quipement\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Normes d'installation\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Pression de vapeur du fluide\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Pression et temp\u00e9rature du processus\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Nombre et type de sources\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Routines d'entretien et d'inspection\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Volume de production\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"anchor7\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Costes_asociados\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Co\u00fbts associ\u00e9s<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ce qui concerne les co\u00fbts engendr\u00e9s par les \u00e9missions fugitives, les plus pr\u00e9occupants sont ceux li\u00e9s aux<\/span><b> l'impact sur l'environnement et la sant\u00e9 humaine<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Mais \u00e0 cela s'ajoutent les co\u00fbts \u00e9conomiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il s'agit des co\u00fbts visibles et des co\u00fbts invisibles :<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Les <\/span><b>co\u00fbts visibles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sont celles li\u00e9es \u00e0 la perte de mat\u00e9riel \u00e9vident.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Les <\/span><b>co\u00fbts invisibles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> concernent les co\u00fbts indirectement g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par les \u00e9missions fugitives. Il s'agit par exemple de la main-d'\u0153uvre n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la d\u00e9tection et \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration, <\/span><b>les odeurs et les nuisances qu'ils g\u00e9n\u00e8rent avec la perte de produits ou les co\u00fbts de nettoyage, voire les amendes.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">... qu'ils peuvent provoquer.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20134\" src=\"https:\/\/epidor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/SRT_202211_Resumen_Webinar_emisiones_fugitivas_BLOG-Interior_Calculo_836px.jpg\" alt=\"\u00e9missions fugitives\" width=\"836\" height=\"380\" \/><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 id=\"anchor8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Emisiones_COVNM\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9missions de COVNM\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les COVNM, c'est-\u00e0-dire les \u00e9missions de compos\u00e9s organiques volatils non m\u00e9thaniques, se r\u00e9f\u00e8rent \u00e0 <\/span><b>des compos\u00e9s qui peuvent devenir tr\u00e8s toxiques<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Produits qui contribuent de mani\u00e8re significative au r\u00e9chauffement de la plan\u00e8te et \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation de l'ozone atmosph\u00e9rique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces \u00e9missions sont significatives puisque, en prenant 2019 comme ann\u00e9e de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, elles doivent \u00eatre comptabilis\u00e9es avec <\/span><b>583 000 tonnes, dont 48% provenant de l'industrie.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"anchor9\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tecnicas_para_prevenirlas_y_reducirlas\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Techniques pour les pr\u00e9venir et les r\u00e9duire\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces questions sont pr\u00e9occupantes pour le secteur. C'est la raison pour laquelle, <\/span><b>les techniques permettant de les \u00e9viter ont fait l'objet de recherches et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Voici quelques-uns des plus importants <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/eippcb.jrc.ec.europa.eu\/es\/reference\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les mesures de minimisation disponibles<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Il est absolument n\u00e9cessaire d'utiliser <\/span><b>syst\u00e8mes d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 haute performance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Il s'agit de<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Brides et joints \u00e0 haute performance<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Vannes et pompes de qualit\u00e9 et \u00e0 haute int\u00e9grit\u00e9<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Joints \u00e0 faible \u00e9missivit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En outre, il est recommand\u00e9 d'\u00e9tablir<\/span><b> un programme de d\u00e9tection et de r\u00e9paration des fuites<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Le syst\u00e8me peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9, par exemple, pour contr\u00f4ler les vannes ou analyser les r\u00e9sultats.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"anchor10\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Normativas_ISO_y_TA-LUFT\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Normes ISO et TA-LUFT<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"anchor11\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"EN_ISO_15848-1\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EN ISO 15848-1<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En raison des probl\u00e8mes pos\u00e9s par ce type d'\u00e9missions, la norme ISO a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e pour traiter les \u00e9missions fugitives dans les vannes industrielles.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La norme EN ISO 15848-1 d\u00e9finit les proc\u00e9dures de mesure, d'essai et de qualification des \u00e9missions fugitives des vannes industrielles.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"anchor12\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"TA-LUFT\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TA-LUFT<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce r\u00e8glement, qui provient d'Allemagne, <\/span><b>La r\u00e9duction des polluants \u00e9mis par les installations industrielles est pleinement prise en compte.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Le r\u00e8glement, en vigueur en Allemagne depuis 1974, a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9vis\u00e9 et entrera en vigueur en 2021 au niveau europ\u00e9en.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce r\u00e8glement pr\u00e9sente une liste de fluides dangereux pour l'environnement ou pour l'homme.
